My 2 Favorite Jump Ropes! Define Your Shoulders with Weighted Jump Ropes & Speed Ropes

Weighted Jump Ropes are actually easier to jump since the weight makes it revolve more slowly than Speed Jump Ropes. But…. the weight also is much hard on your shoulders and forearms since you have to rotate the weight. I love weighted ropes and alternate this and the speed rope every other day.
