BAKE MY DAY | BEST HEALTHY COOKIES EVA

Preheat oven 375 degrees

Ingredients:

1/2 C raw nuts: i used walnuts & almonds

1 C pitted dates

1 Tbs. chia seeds

1/8 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

4 Tbs. water

1 tsp. apple cider vinegar

1/3 C stevia-sweetened dark chocolate chips. (you can use regular chocolate chips if you don't have the kind i used)

1 Tbs. unsweetened coconut to sprinkle on at end of baking

Customize: add dried cranberries, raisins, coconut

Directions:

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Mix all ingredients in a food processor (except for the chocolate chips and coconut), until like cookie dough. Fold in chocolate chips at the end when the batter is done. Use cookie scooper and place evenly on the baking sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake for 15-20 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle with coconut, bake 5 more min. cool on a rack. ENJOY! Healthy Cookies! All-Natural Ingredients! No preservatives!
