Why You Should Eat Every 2-3 Hours

How many meals do you eat per day? I eat 5 Mini Meals (mm) & 1 Muscle Meal (MM) per day. I have always eaten every 2-3 hours to keep my blood sugar levels even. I eat 1200 -1500 calories per day to maintain my weight, keep energy even. I've done this since college and it really works.


My mini-meals are appx 150 calories each and always contain some form of lean protein such as almonds, greek yogurt, protein shake, egg whites.


My Muscle Meal is about 600 calories and includes lean protein and 3 servings of green vegetables and healthy fat such as 1/2 avocado or olives. I used to fanatically measure all of my meals. I don’t measure anymore because I’ve been doing this for a long time and am pretty good at estimating.-If you don't have time or energy to measure and weigh all of your mini-meals and muscle meals there is a simple solution to help you reach your goal weight and lose fat.
