The trick is to make it creamy-not icy. Tip: make sure to let the frozen fruit sit out for 5 minutes before making and minimal milk or water. I used frozen bananas 🍌 strawberries 🍓 mango 🥭 pineapple 🍍Splash of almond milk, vanilla extract, protein powder unsweetened coconut and stevia-sweetened dark chocolate chips (I always stock up on unsweetened coconut and the Lily’s brand of stevia chocolate chips available at Amazon - see my link below in Fit Foods.
