Recipe: Peanut Butter Cookies

4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

No sugar added

Why I love this recipe. It’s simple and fast. No sugar added. I usually have all the ingredients. Cures your sweet tooth.  Contains protein. So warm and lightly crunchy. Yum.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees


  • 1 cup natural peanut butter (read the ingredients, peanut butter should only contain peanuts and maybe salt. Nothing else 🙂
  • 1/4 cup oats (Adds texture but optional)
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar or stevia equivalent
  • 1 egg
  • Customize  Your Cookies / Optional: 1/4 cup of: almonds, walnuts, cashews, cacoa nibs or dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa), nuts, coconut flakes….


In a medium bowl, mix egg and coconut sugar (or stevia).  Add remaining ingredients. Roll dough into balls or use a cookie scooper thingy 🙂 onto nonstick cookie sheet. Place on cookie sheet. Use fork to press flat. Make cross pattern on cookie (press with fork in both directions) Bake 350 degrees 8 minutes.
