4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
No sugar added
Why I love this recipe. It’s simple and fast. No sugar added. I usually have all the ingredients. Cures your sweet tooth. Contains protein. So warm and lightly crunchy. Yum.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 cup natural peanut butter (read the ingredients, peanut butter should only contain peanuts and maybe salt. Nothing else 🙂
- 1/4 cup oats (Adds texture but optional)
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar or stevia equivalent
- 1 egg
- Customize Your Cookies / Optional: 1/4 cup cacoa nibs or dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa), nuts, coconut flakes…
Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Roll dough into balls. Place on cookie sheet. Use fork to press flat. Make cross pattern on cookie (press with fork in both directions) Bake 350 degrees 8 minutes.
