🌴Wall Sit Raises – this is more challenging than it looks and helps to strengthen the glutes and leg muscles. If you’ve never done this before I try to hold it for 10 seconds and work your way up. Tip. Hold on to something sturdy to stand back up. Strive to get your upper and lower leg at 90° angle. Keep the knees over the ankles

🌴1/2 Squats – perform in a limited range of motion to protect the knees. Push through the heels and feel the glutes and muscles in your legs contract and release. You can also perform this in a chair or bench, standing up and sitting back down


🌴Abductors for The hip flexors. Lie on your side with your hips stacked in a short band around your upper thighs. Keeping the knees together exhale as you lift the top leg hold a me and slowly lower. Do not allow the knees to touch keep the muscles activated throughout
