Recipe | Sriracha Mayo and Homemade Mayonnaise

If you want to add a little more flavor to your broccoli or any veggie, try this! My kids love this and literally ask for seconds and thirds of broccoli! This is so delicious on sandwiches, salads and to use as a dipping sauce for broccoli, zucchini, asparagus, anything! It is my favorite dip for broccoli. Here is how to make it:

  • 2 Tbs Mayonnaise or make your own in 3 minutes here. You can also use Greek Yogurt or Olive Oil Mayo
  • 1-2 Tsp. Sriracha more or less to taste depending upon how spicy you want it

Make your own Mayonnaise:

  • 1/2 cup avocado oil
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt

Mix with immersion blender or regular blender (immersion blender easier to clean up after.)Blend on high until mixture has thickened how you want it appx. 1-2 minutes. Adjust lemon juice and salt to taste. Store in frig.
