Sriracha Mayo and Homemade Mayonnaise Recipe

This is so delicious on sandwiches, salads and to use as a dipping sauce for broccoli, zucchini, asparagus, anything! It is my favorite dip for broccoli. Here is how to make it:

  • 2 Tbs Mayonnaise or make your own in 3 minutes here. You can also use Greek Yogurt or Olive Oil Mayo
  • 1-2 Tsp. Sriracha more or less to taste depending upon how spicy you want it

Make your own Mayonnaise:

  • 1/2 cup avocado oil
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt

Mix with immersion blender or regular blender (immersion blender easier to clean up after.)Blend on high until mixture has thickened how you want it appx. 1-2 minutes. Adjust lemon juice and salt to taste. Store in frig.
