1 Cup Nut Butter (Peanut Butter, Almond Butter, Cashew Butter, Hazelnut Butter…)
1 Tbs. Pure Vanilla Extract
2 Tbs. Virgin Coconut Oil (Make sure it’s virgin, not refined. Virgin smells like coconuts. Refined smells like petroleum jelly)
1/3 Cup Agave Nectar or Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Chocolate, Peanut Butter or Vanilla Protein Powder
2 1/2 – 3 Cups Brown Rice Cereal
Flakey sea salt
Heat all of the above (except Brown Rice Cereal) in a large soup pot until melted. Fold in Brown Rice Cereal
Press into 8×8″ square dish lined with parchment paper or sprayed with non stick.
Melt 1 cup dark chocolate chips (70% – 85% cocoa for most antioxidants) in a microwaveable safe dish
Spread the melted chocolate on top. Sprinkle with flakey sea salt. Cover and refrigerate 45 minutes. Cut into squares. Enjoy!
