Why do you Workout?

I WORKOUT BECAUSE:

  • I'VE BEEN LIFTING WEIGHTS SINCE I WAS 16. AS SOON AS I SAW MUSCLE, I WAS HOOKED. I'VE BEEN LIFTING EVERYDAY SINCE.
  • I CREATED A CAREER FROM MY LOVE FOR FITNESS
  • IT MAKES ME FEEL 100% BETTER, 100% OF THE TIME
  • IT IS PART OF WHO I AM, MY ROUTINE, JUST LIKE BRUSHING MY TEETH EVERYDAY
  • I LIKE SETTING AN EXAMPLE FOR MY DAUGHTERS, MY FRIENDS
  • I LIKE MOTIVATING MY FAN BASE, MY SOCIAL MEDIA
  • I CARE ABOUT MY BODY AND MIND
  • IT IS AN EXCELLENT WAY TO DESTRESS
  • I LOVE FEELING MY MUSCLES
  • I LOVE FEELING STRONG
  • I LOVE FEELING TIGHT
  • I LOVE THE "ME" TIME
  • WORKING OUT IS PART OF WHO I AM
