How to make them: Fill mason jars with Greek Yogurt (more protein than standard yogurt and less sugar). Layer your favorite fruit, trail mix, dried fruit (sulfur free), nuts. Saves well in the refrigerator (just keep the trail mix separate so it stays crunchy.) Enjoy!
