1 1/2 CUPS OF YOUR FAVORITE NUTS : WALNUTS, PECANS, ALMONDS, MIX AND MATCH (UNSALTED RAW IS HEALTHIEST AND TASTES BEST)

1 CUP PITTED DATES (THE NATURAL SUGAR)

1 TBS. CHIA SEEDS

4 TBS. WATER

1 TSP. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

1 TSP. VANILLA EXTRACT

1/4 TSP. SALT

1/2 TSP. BAKING SODA

1/2 CUP DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS SWEETENED WITH STEVIA (NO SUGAR, YASS!) & ADD YOUR OTHER CUSTOMIZABLE INGREDIENTS SUCH AS DRIED CRANBERRIES, RAISINS...

DIRECTIONS: ADD NUTS AND DATES INTO FOOD PROCESSOR WITH S SHAPED BLADE. PULSE UNTIL MIXED. ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS (CHOCOLATE CHIPS LAST)

SPOON WITH ICE CREAM SCOOPER ONTO PARCHMENT LINED PAN. SPRINKLE COCONUT ON TOP, FLATTEN WITH FORK. BAKE APPX. 15 MINUTES UNTIL SUN TAN GOLDEN BROWN. COOL ON RACK 10 MIN.
