How to Make 2 Ingredient Fit Pancakes

What do you get when you cross a banana and an egg?

Aloha Fit Friends! My favorite meal of the day is breakfast. I believe that meals should require a minimum of healthy ingredients. This recipe is so easy and only uses and egg and a banana. You can also add a handful of oats for texture. I never eat pancakes from pancake mix, who needs the flour and other ingredients when you can enjoy pancakes from an egg, banana and optional oats? How to make them: Mash a banana and an egg. Heat pan with a little virgin coconut oil. Cook your pancake. Top with fresh berries, unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted nuts, honey or syrup. Enjoy!
