Healthy Happy Waffles
Paleo | Keto | Gluten Free
INGREDIENTS
6 eggs
6 Tbs Coconut Oil or Butter
5 drops liquid Stevia
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Blueberries, dried cranberries optional but yummy
1 Tbs. protein powder (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat waffle maker. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into the waffle maker. Add optional toppings. Serve topped with blueberries, coconut, Greek Yogurt (Greek Yogurt is keto and gluten-free, but not paleo for some.) Aloha!
