THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE WITH JUICING IS THERE IS ALOT MORE CLEAN UP. PLUS I LIKE THE FACT THAT YOU GET THE BENEFIT OF EATING THE SKIN ON APPLES ETC WHEN YOU PUT THEM IN THE BLENDER. GRAINS: BROWN RICE, OATS, QUINOA, WHOLE GRAIN BREAD.
