Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh or frozen fruit
- 2 pie crusts (ready made or from scratch)
- 3/4 cup sugar, splenda, or 1/3 cup stevia equivalent
- 2 tbsp. corn starch
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. spices of your choice (cinnamon, nutmeg, etc.)
Streusel Topping (optional, but really good!)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar or splenda brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Mix dry pie ingredients together, and then toss lightly with fruit to coat. Place pie crusts into separate pie pans. In the mean time, soften butter and mix all streusel ingredients together. Add fruit mixture to pie pans and top with streusel. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
