Supersets and trisets are a challenging way to blast your body into shape. I like doing "Opposing Muscle Group Training" with both supersets or trisets.

3 rounds 15 reps. each or 1 minute per exercise
- Pull-Ups / Bench Press
- Seated Rows / Cable Flys
- Back Flys / Incline Press
- Lat Pull Downs / Push-Ups
Biceps / Triceps (Opposing Muscle Groups)
3 rounds 15 reps. each or 1 minute per exercise
- Barbell Curls / Weighted Dips
- Concentration Curls / OH Triceps Ext.
- Cable Curls / Cable Push Downs
