Aloha Flex Appealers! I love cooking. I didn’t always love it. During the Flex Appeal days when I was hosting 6, yes 6, TV Shows (Kiana’s Flex Appeal, Summer Sizzle with Kiana, Kiana’s Too Fit 2 Quit, Extreme Energy, Hot Summer Nights with Kiana and the Fitness America Pageant Series) I traveled 2-3 weeks out of each month. I never cooked. I didn’t even own a salt and pepper shaker.
I lived in a brand new 7 bedroom, 5 car garage home with my dalmatian dog Flex. Didn’t seem odd at the time but now as I type this WTHWIT? I had maids, car detailers, fit pool guy, gardeners, personal assistants and of course a cook to make me food when I was home and to stock the fridge with pre-made meals. I learned to cook from my Mom, just never had time or interest to do it until now.
