Do you miss traveling? Where would you travel to next?  I’ve visited so many amazing places. My favorite trip was to South America to see Machu Piccu, Iguacu Falls in Peru. Corcovado and Sugar Loaf Mountain in Rio.  Loved Europe. Carribean.  I actually played in a celebrity golf tournament at Paradise Island. Loved England and Japan.  Love skiing and snowboarding in Aspen Colorado, deer Valley And Park city Utah, Breckenridge, Whistler. Loved visiting Canada. I really want to go to Greece.  We were planning on going last June. Love traveling!

An easy way to burn more calories is to increase your “non-planned exercise.”

🤙🏼What does this mean?
-
Planned exercise is when you plan to lift weights. Or are you plan to stream a exercise class.  Or you plan to go jogging. 
-
Non-planned Exercise is when you are more active during the day by increasing activities in daily situations such as parking farther from your destinations and walking more. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator (which is an oldie but goodie). Pacing while you’re talking on the phone 📱 Standing up while you’re texting or scrolling social media.  Good or even tapping your foot while you’re sitting at your desk.

All of these non-planned movements burn more calories.💪🏼🌴
