🌴Try my FIT 15 METHOD. Strive to workout for just 15 minutes EVERYDAY for 3 months. Having a 15 min.

💪🏼You can power walk. Jog. Sprint. Lift weights. Yoga. Anything as long as it’s at least 15 minutes.

🏋🏽‍♀️Studies show that habits form after 60 days.

💪🏼The goal is to make working out a Healthy Habit just like brushing your teeth every day.

🌴Bonus: after awhile you will most likely start working out longer than 15 min. As fitness becomes part of your daily lifestyle.
