💪🏼Write down EXACTLY what you want to achieve by this time next year. BE SPECIFIC.

🌴For example, “I want to lose fat, gain muscle and see more definition in my body.”

💪🏼Write down SPECIFICALLY WHAT you need to do to ACCOMPLISH your #goals.

🌴For example “Lift weights 3x per week. Walk or jog 2x per week. Cook and eat fresh foods at home. No more drive thru, or processed foods.”

🏋🏽‍♀️Make copies and post on your phone (use as your wallpaper for constant reminder), on your night stand to see when you first wake up, on your refrigerator, etc.
