example “Lift weights 3x per week. Walk or jog 2x per week. Cook and
eat fresh foods at home. No more drive thru, or processed foods.” – 🏋🏽♀️Make
copies and post on your phone (use as your wallpaper for constant
reminder), on your night stand to see when you first wake up, on your
