Aloha! 🌴💪🏼How are you today my Fit Friends? Physical strength & mental well being are equally important. 💪🏼 I know life can be stressful at times, so I thought I’d share some simple ways to De-Stress & trigger happiness & positive feelings. 💪🏼🌴😊 And Yes... working out IS on the list! Surprise! Lol.
EASY WAYS TO TRIGGER HAPPINESS 😊
🎶Crank the tunes! Dance! Move! Run! Jump! It’s nearly impossible to be in a bad mood with your favorite song blasting!
🐶 Play with your pets! I have 2 rescue dogs: Kona and Hula! They bring me such happiness and joy!
☀️ Get some sunshine! Sunshine releases feel good, positive endorphins!
🏋🏽♂️Workout! Exercise releases endorphins and has often been called natures Prozac! 💊
🍎 Eat an apple, berries, pineapple, any favorite fruit or veggie. Eating something healthy and good for you helps you feel good on the inside. Your brain will follow along.
😊Smile more! Study show that smiling literally tricks your brain into feeling happier!
✅Do something on your to do list and cross it off. Feeling productive makes you feel more positive.
🎸 Be creative. Play the guitar, paint a picture, sketch a picture. In our technical world sometimes we need more balance and creativity to feel positive.
💪🏼Sit up straight! Stand tall! Posture has a big impact on self-esteem & confidence.
💦 Glass half full. Try to Look at things from a positive aspect. Even if things are not going so well try your hardest to look at the positive side.
😡 Don’t stress about things that are out of your control.
👟Go for a walk. Take slow, deep breath‘s. Get out into nature. Fresh air works magic.
♥️Hug someone. Human touch releases positive feelings.
🥰Give someone a genuine complement. Making someone else feel good, feels good.
