OG Beach Bowls

Aloha! I love making Beach Bowls! It’s a simple way to eat healthfully and you can customize them however you want! I love my Beach Bowl with lots of power greens, baby spinach, cilantro, black beans, cauliflower rice instead of brown rice and OG sauce. Have you tried cauliflower rice yet? I love it, it only has 20 calories and is very low carb. Tastes like white rice but lighter. You can buy it already made in the frozen foods section, takes a minute to heat. I’ve been eating plant-based and feel so lean and light.
