Aloha! What healthy habits do you do every day to share with others?

Here are 8 of mine.


Drink a minimum of 64 oz of water per day or 1/2 of your body weight in oz of water. Sometimes when we think we’re hungry, we are really just thirsty. Most people are dehydrated. I keep a super large Timer bottle or fruit infusion bottle with me at all time.-Go to sleep earlier. Studies show that you your body gets the most restful sleep before midnight.

Other ways to trigger happiness include listening to your favorite music and expressively loving your pet.-cheat day method.

Don’t deprive yourself. For example, If you love ice cream have a small scoop once per week on your cheat day. It’s human nature to want more of what you’re trying not to eat so moderation is key.

Stay away from energy vampires. Avoid people who bring you down and leave you feeling drained. Surround yourself with people who make you smile who give you energy!-Have a fit fun happy day!
