I had the tremendous honor of receiving the Fitness Legend Award from Arnold Schwarzenegger in Columbus Ohio. The Ceremony was held at the prestigous Arnold Classic in Columbus Ohio.
While we were there, I decided to take the family to see Niagra Falls in Canada! So Spectacular! It was partially frozen over which is rare! 
Can you imagine, 34 million gallons per minute?
If you visit Niagra falls, go to the Canadian side. The views are much better. Be more prepared than we were, wear snow boots and waterproof jackets / pants. Ski clothes would have been best.
The kids played in the snow, Kiana Jr. got her jeans soaked and it was 10 degrees so we had to buy her some over priced long johns at the souvenier shop!
One of my favorite parts was walking behind the water falls. Long windy tunnels with interesting historical information about the falls.
We had Lunch and enjoyed the beautiful Falls and bright Rainbow with our food. 
This trip was an exciting family 1-2 day vacation. Lots of energy from the water falls. Next time, we'd like to take the boat behind the falls. We couldn't do it because it was frozen over this trip. Aloha!
