What I Eat on a Typical Day

My sample personal meal plan.

Aloha Flex Appealers! I'm happy to share what I eat on a typical day. I eat frequently, people are usually shocked how often I eat. I eat 5 small 150 calories meals per day, I call them "Mini Meals" because they always contain lean protein, fresh greens, healthy fats and a complex carbohydrates. I also eat 1 Muscle Meal which is about 500 Calories and balanced nutrition. It may sound like a lot of work and extra effort to cook often, but I simply take half of my 3 meals and portion them out throughout the day. I do this at home and when I eat out. If you would like a more simple option, I have recently partnered with a Healthy Eating Program that provides the portion controlled food for you so you don't have to cook or reheat food 5 times per day.
