Studies show most people are dehydrated and don’t drink enough water. Sometimes when we think we’re hungry, we’re really just thirsty. Strive to drink 1/2 of your body weight in ounces of water. I drink a glass before each mini meal (I eat 6 mini meals per day 200-300 calories per meal.) Keep a thermos by your computer or in your car to sip throughout the day. If you don’t like the taste of water, try adding frozen fruit such as lemon slices or oranges to add natural flavor and vitamin c. I love adding frozen mixed berries to mine in my fruit infusion bottles to give it a pretty natural color and natural berry flavor. Bonus: sparkling water counts too! Stay healthy and keep on flexing!
