What a wonderful birthday week! We celebrate birthdays for a week or month! So This morning, March 14th, my daughters woke me with flowers, balloons and breakfast in bed. Scrambled eggs, mimosa, avo toast, fruit, turmeric berry smoothie. So nice! Because of the COVID-19 issue, I cancelled our lunch reservations at one of my favorite restaurants and we stayed at home. I did my first "LIVE" on Instagram to celebrate my birthday with my fans. My daughters helped me to giveaways: infusion bottles, Fit Cooking eBook, stretch straps, shirts and a 30 day membership to my eGym to help people avoid gym germs and train at home. Our plans today are to tye dye shirts and then make a big birthday dinner followed by a pajama party with organic pop corn and a good flick.
