Your recommended caloric intake will be sent to you via email.  Once you have that number of calories, follow these steps to determine how many calories to eat per meal.​ Below is based upon eating 6x per day. I eat 5 “mini meals” (aka healthy snacks) and 1 “muscle meal” (protein, complex carbs & lots of greens) per day​.

 

  1. Divide the total number of calories by 7

  2. Multiply the number by 2

  3. This gives you the calories to eat on the 5 / 1 plan: 5 mini meal & 1 Muscle Meal Plan that I follow. This isn’t for everyone, but this works for me.

  4. For example, I eat appx 1800 calories per day

  5. 1800 divided by 7 = 257

  6. 257 x 2 = 514

  7. So, I eat 5 mini meals appx. 257 calories each and 1 Muscle Meal apps 514 calories

Day 1: KICK OFF CALL

Taking the first step in weight loss and/or fitness can be challenging, but I will support you every step of the way. During your “kick-off” call, we will discuss your health & exercise history, fitness & body goals, lifestyle, food preferences, dietary restrictions, available equipment, (home, gym or both) & schedule. I will customize your Weight Loss Plan to match your:

Week 1: Set up for Success

Kick off your weight loss with your personlized food kit designed to accelerate your weight loss & help you lose inches off your waist.

 

I will answer any questions you have with daily text check-ins the first week to get your started. Or text me your questions. Your grab-&-go FUEL FOOD KIT features convenient & nutritious food with perfectly balanced macro nutrients.

 

Fuels” are interchangeable and have all the same caloric / nutritional value, so you can have a bar, shake, brownies pasta, cookie – anything. You will “fuel” every 2-3 hours.
