FLEX-MAS WORKOUT

During the busy holiday season, it’s more important than ever to stay consistent and workout, even if it’s a fit quickie! Here is an energizing workout to do in 30 min. or less. 

  1. TOE TAPS
  2. PUSH UPS
  3. ROWS OR SLED PULLS
  4. FROG JUMPS
  5. SLAMS

PERFORM EACH MOVE FOR 1 MINUTE OR 15 REPS OF EACH, FOLLOWED BY 15 SEC REST. 5 ROUNDS.  FINISH OFF WITH CORE WORK SUCH AS PLANK & KNEE TUCKS.

When it comes to fitness, do a little - a lot.
