Aloha Flex Appealers! Access Hollywood named me the "Fitness Queen," but my friends call me the Quarantine Queen because I've managed to make the very best of this situation and come out of this STRONGER! If you've followed me since the Kiana's Flex Appeal days, you KNOW my MISSION and PASSION has always been to motivate others to live a fit and healthy lifestyle!
During this Quarantine time, I've been busier than ever, even though my daughters and I have NOT left our home for 2 months except to go on a car ride or 2. Super thankful we love our newly remodeled backyard so lockdown wasn't so bad at all. We've been super busy working out daily, going for walks, I've been teaching my kids how to make new Fit Cooking recipes, doing crafts like tie-dye shirts, photoshoots, I started a new book, created an Online Training Program to get people custom workouts programs to do at home using minimal gear, stream live workouts, expanded the exercise tutorial library and even taught my 92-year-old mother how to facetime. Okay, the last one was definitely the hardest! Oh and, we are now on TikTok. Lol. Yes, it's crazy what you do on quarantine isn't' it?
Bit of a bummer, my high school senior daughter, Anelalani, won't get to enjoy senior prom, senior grad night, or a graduation ceremony. But we know it could be much much worse, that is for sure My youngest daughter, Kiana jr. has been busy starting a Hawaiian bracelet business, trying to master the front walkover and playing fortnight with her friends. Firefighter hubby is still working, eek. he's quarantined to the guest room since he's still in the public.
Soooooooo, hope you enjoy my 1st Vlog, I know it's filmed vertically, but that's what I had from IG stories. I conducted a poll to see what kind of Vlog you would want, everyone wanted to see a day in the life. So, here you go!
PS to all of you Pro Vloggers out there: As you know, I come from a TV background. If you have tips on filming on the iPhone to Vlog format in 1 step without final cut pro x editing, that would be so helpful!
