Kiana Training is a simple program that I invented for myself when I discovered my usual workouts were no longer effective. My Program is designed to give you the tools to easily incorporate fitness into your lifestyle & get healthy. After the age 30, 40, 50, we lose muscle and bone mass, metabolism slows, hormones shift, we store more fat in the midsection, energy plummets. To fight this, I experimented on myself and created a super simple program that fits my busy schedule & lifestyle.
