Don’t Sit. Get Fit in the Park!
Hi Fit Moms! Here is a realistic workout that you can do at the local park, while your kids play. Instead of sitting on the bench or in the car, texting or shopping online (the last one is my favorite), do a little Park Workout. Simply use the equipment at the park to do exercises to help you tighten and tone your body, lose fat and feel energized!
My favorite Park Exercises are:
- Monkey Bar hanging knee raises to flatten your abs
- Jungle Gym mountain climbers to tighten your core muscles
- Picnic Party bench step ups to get a tight butt
- Diva Dips to tighten flabby arms
