1 Move for Tighter, Firmer, Sexier Arms

Want tight, firm arms? Take a Dip!

Tricep Dips! I love doing tricep dips.

Dips are one of the very BEST exercises for firming the back of the upper arms which can get flabby if untrained. You can do them anywhere: At the gym, hotel, at home. If you're at home you can do dips on the end of the couch, on a coffee table, on a household chair or piano bench.

How to do tricep dips: with your fingers and thumbs on the same sides, retract your shoulder blades and tighten your core. Slowly lower down until your upper and lower arms are at a 90° angle, making sure that your elbows go backwards not out to the sides.  Exhale as you push up returning to starting position.  Do 15 repetitions, 6 sets total. You can do dips with both feet on the floor or raise one leg up and do 10 repetitions and then switch to the other leg.

If you like this exercise I have 100's more to help you get the body you want.

Check out my brand-new 12 week fitness program that comes in a 175 page downloadable fitness guide. You will do a new circuit each week for 12 weeks.
