Multi Tasking Fit Mom Exercise

Hold a dumbbell in your right hand. Stand with your feet wide, core tight, shoulders back.
With your back straight and shoulders back, squat down and Pass a weight under your left leg and grab it with your left hand. Stand up and circle backwards with your left arm straight and squat down passing the weight under your right leg. Grab it with your right hand. Repeat in an INFINITY formation.
Do for 1 minute. 3 rounds
