  • Trader Joe’s Flax Seed Tortilla Chips
  • Low Fat Brie Cheese with organic honey drizzled on top (bake in over 5 min so it’s warm & melty) with Multi Grain Crackers (yummy with a glass of wine or 3)
  • A colorful variety of crunchy veggies (red/orange/green bell peppers, celery, mini carrots, zucchini, radish, jicima)
  • Whole wheat honey pretzel sticks
  • Baked chips
  • Steamed tortillas with guacamole
  • Sliced apples and cheese
  • String cheese
  • Pita bread and hummus
  • sliced bell peppers & zucchini, celery sticks in low fat ranch
  • Grapes
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • hard sourdough pretzels in natural peanut butter
  • Unsalted peanuts (just a handful)
  • Goat cheese and crackers
  • Veggie sticks (36 in one serving! Yahoo!)
