1 PAN LEMON CHICKEN! AND PROTEIN LEMON RICE!

Aloha! Today in Kiana’s Kitchen I am going to show you an easy recipe that is loaded with protein! Try it and let me know what you think! Mahalo! Keep on Flexing! XO Kiana 

Ingredients: boneless skinless chicken breast, gold potatoes, 4 lemons, fresh dill. Jasmine or basmati rice, turmeric, butter. 

Special sauce: olive oil, garlic, dill, paprika, oregano, pepper, salt preheat oven to 350°. Arrange the potatoes and chicken in a pan. Pour the sauce on top add lemons and dill. Bake 30 to 45 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165.

 how to make the lemon protein rice: thoroughly rinse your rice. Add bone broth instead of water to increase protein. Add a teaspoon of turmeric and a pad of butter. When the rice is cooked, add fresh chopped dill and a little sea salt. serve the chicken and rice with a side of vegetables or salad
