Where are YOU? I love imagining where in the world you are? It’s so exciting to see that 100 countries are visiting and watch my workouts. I can say Merry Christmas in 5 languages, how ’bout you?
For my family, the kids get up so early and wake me up. It’s still dark out!? They know that I have to be up to see them, take pictures, video, HD of course and enjoy watching them open all their gifts from Santa Claus.
It’s so much fun and goes by so fast. I know that this week is so special for you and yours. From a fitness POV, I am so happy that you are reading this and are going to try my workout today!

I am big on let’s do it now. So many people wait until the New Year to start working out harder. Why not start NOW?
