I have been living and eating healthfully my whole life.
I am excited to share with you my Collection of Recipes. I know you will discover some yummy and healthier options your family will enjoy. I am a wife & busy mom of 2 young children, fitness expert & I love to eat! I modify every single recipe I make. I am a self taught, healthy cook. If I can do it, you can too!
Having a solid library of recipes makes grocery shopping and eating healthfully much easier. You become familiar with the recipes you love most and can pick up the items when you see them. I like to have basic ingredients on hand for last minute healthy meals. For example, when I see a good sale, I’ll stock up.

I don’t have time (nor do I want) to spend hours cooking or cleaning up after cooking. As a result, each of my recipes take a maximum of 15-20 minutes preparation time and don’t use more than 1-2 dishes / pans.

My Healthy Recipes include main dishes, healthy snacks, side dishes, sauces & DESSERTS! I never deprive myself. That only leads to feeling unfulfilled and eating more junk food. All of my recipes are very simple to make and ideal for the busy mom or dad. Even my kids love to help cook these recipes.

It’s just as much effort to make 1 batch as it is to double the recipe. Takes the same amount of clean up, right? As a result, my recipes are very easy to double so that you can make extra for the next day’s lunch or dinner. I always make double the amount, so that I can put individual portions in containers in the refrigerator of freeze for those nights that I’m too tired or too busy to cook.
