I have been living and eating healthfully my whole life. I am excited to share with you my Collection of Recipes. I know you will discover some yummy and healthier options your family will enjoy.

Solid foundation. Having a solid library of recipes makes grocery shopping and eating healthfully much easier. You become familiar with the recipes you love most and can pick up the items when you see them. I like to have basic ingredients on hand for last minute healthy meals. For example, when I see a good sale, I’ll stock up.

Simple to Make. Delicious to Eat. Easy Clean Up. I don’t have time (nor do I want) to spend hours cooking or cleaning up after cooking. As a result, each of my recipes take a maximum of 15-20 minutes preparation time and don’t use more than 1-2 dishes / pans.

I have a big sweet tooth! My Healthy Recipes include main dishes, healthy snacks, side dishes, sauces & DESSERTS!  All of my recipes are very simple to make and ideal for the busy mom or dad. Even my kids love to help cook these recipes. I am a self taught healthy cook. If I can do it, you can too!

My Motto: Cook Once. Eat Twice. It’s just as much effort to make 1 batch as it is to double the recipe. Takes the same amount of clean up, right? As a result, my recipes are very easy to double so that you can make extra for the next day’s lunch or dinner. I always make double the amount, so that I can put individual portions in containers in the refrigerator of freeze for those nights that I’m too tired or too busy to cook.

I Fit-Mom-ified my favorite, go-to recipes so that they are healthier, lower in sugar & fat, higher in taste & protein & “kid approved!”

Easy Clean Up! Most recipes use 1-2 bowls for easier clean up.
