X Demo: Prisoner Squats

This is a terrific exercise to strengthen the legs, butt, hamstrings and core. You can perform this exercise with or without weight. If you choose to use a weighted object, simply hold it behind your head making sure to keep the shoulder blades retracted and pressed down the entire time. Keep your head in a neutral position, core tight, exhaling as you stand back up, pushing through the heels. Stay Fit!

    aloha KIANA! Luv the name of that exercise. I spent 4 months in the cocktail college in Yaphank (alcohol rehab run by Suffolk County & NY State) Its rehab gaol & M-F 6a m we did PT. Memories. Bin sober going on 14yrs : ) 1 of reasons i have a house on the Big Island aloha mom hb
