		<description>This is an EXCELLENT workout. Not only do you sweat a lot (an essaitnel part of weight loss), but you will be surprised at how fast you will feel your body getting stronger. I did this workout as a part of a challenge for 6 weeks, rotating with another workout every other day, for 5 days a week. Though I found parts of it extremely difficult and challenging. Not surprisingly since it was meant to challenge my body LOL. I loved it so much that I&#039;m actually going to repeat the 6 week challenge starting in a couple of weeks. This time, I&#039;m going to push myself even more than I did last time. I was over 260 pounds when I started my challenge and I was able to do these workouts and rock them. So, I KNOW you can do it too</description>
